Process Sell Signals before Buy Signals?

I'm not sure if this is necessary, but for strategies where you are buying and selling on the same days, it might make sense to be able to sell first in order to make room in the portfolio and have more cash available to buy.

This can be done by the signal provider by putting sell signals first (at the top). However, non market orders won't be executed immediately, so the funds won't be freed up for the buy orders sometimes.
